"I find it interesting when people praise insurance agencies, who take their money with a smile. We have found out very clearly what kind of relationship is established after approximately 20 years or more of home owner coverage and multi vehicle FULL auto coverage. We have two people driving our vehicles and have been paying full coverage premiums on these vehicles for years, thousands and thousands of dollars, yet the one time we file a claim, adjusters get hold of the claim and say, oh no, the damages did not happen at the same time.

They decide to impose not one but THREE deductibles against the claim, $1,500.00, obviously our full coverage was not worth the paper it was written on and Ginger Cleary company is powerless to help her client in any way, POWERLESS!

As a customer, unless you have a brand new car, you need to think long and hard about full coverage on your auto, as we have found out, State Farm WILL NOT pay, they do whatever it takes to get out of paying a claim. This good hands logo they use is as musleading as it can be, this agent did nothing but say what she was told by State Farm claims, and we are sitting with a perfectly good car with body scratches they just refuse to repair. If will be my life mission to proclaim this injustice starting today.

When I think of the many thousands of dollars paid to State Farm and they are refusing a $4,500.00 claim for damage to this car, there are just no words!

It's now been days and nothing out of Ginger Cleary's office other than we need to pay not one deductible, but THREE deductibles, or let me make this crystal clear $1,500.00. So many people base their experience with any given agent on how pleasent they are when they take our credit card, I wish my business wored that way. When it comes to ACTION, getting a claim paid for a 20+ year customer, Ginger Cleary has NOT BEEN THERE FOR ME, and as I said, WE ARE NOT LETTING THIS INJUSTICE GO, NOT HAPPENING!"

"The sales calls are too much for me. When I get voicemails from my insurance company asking me to call them back, I think something is wrong. I think my payment hasn't gone through, I think something is wrong with my policy. I don't think someone is trying to sell me more insurance.
